Go check some of the Ansel photos people have been taking, those are all in game. The patches are Capcom, not UE4.

T7 patches are tiny in comparison because they know how to update properly. With UE4 all they need to do is put the update in a new.pak file rather than updating the old ones and making you redownload everything but Capcom is retarded apparently.
