Made the full payment of Rs. 4328 using CITI BANK Credit CARD on June 30 2016 and the same is debited (I hold the copy of the Bank Statementclearly mentioning 'BBMP360IN').

BBMP generates a tax receipt as a token of acknowledgement for the property tax payment. This receipt mentions essential details about the payment like assessment year, application number, payment location, the amount due, the applicable cess, the final tax payable, advances paid (if any), etc.

Complained to BBMP twice in the year 2016. Still unable to generate the receipt online.Now when attempted to make payment for 2017-18, BBMP system is prompting for payment towards 16-17.SAS App. 2083118Application No. protectedTransaction IDprotectedIn BBMP website, Grievance column also not working now.Kindly help me out at the earliest.
